A wonderfully written sattire on human nature, keeping in light the behaviour of the animals.
The animals of the Manor farm start a rebellion against their cruel and drunk master chasing him away from the farm.
Next for their own prosperity they set down ground rules so as to work and live happily.
However differences creep between two certain pigs, and one of them overpowered with malicious motives drives the other away and begins setting up a luxurious life for himself. From breaking all the ground rules, to convincing the other animals of the treachery of the other pig, from treating the animals worse than ever to manipulating them to believe that they are indeed well off than were perviously.
Ultimately not only does the pig sets up a luxurious life for himself and his followers but also becomes more human-like, taking up the demaneurs that the animals strongly opposed and oppressing the fellow animals in turn.
Just like these animals, humans have over the years become corrupt with power and in turn have raised to become very much like the people they opposed. Just like the animals of the farm we tend to get exploited under the leadership of certain leaders who keep us under a veil of belief that what they do are for our own well being, when in reality they are busy making their own lives better. And just like the rest of the farm animals we keep staring at the situation.
